On Thursday, September 13, in collaboration with the University of Zaragoza, we presented our Demola network, an international program that facilitates projects through open and agile co-creation among the professionals of the companies and brilliant minds of the universities.

DEMOLA, offers an innovative university-business cooperation program based on the resolution of specific challenges; raised from companies, non-profit organizations and public institutions and solved by multidisciplinary teams, of which students or recent graduates of the Campus Iberus universities are part. The program aims to generate ideas, innovative concepts that are of interest and usefulness for organizations and institutions, while fostering creativity and the detection and promotion of talent in universities.

DEMOLA, recognized by the OECD and the European Commission, is part of an international network, which currently has 23 nodes spread across America, Africa, Europe and Asia. This Network allows the Program to reach an international scope, from which both our cluster and the universities can benefit.

In 2016, Campus Iberus, Consortium of International Excellence of which the universities of La Rioja, Lleida, Pública de Navarra and Zaragoza are part, implemented in the Ebro Valley ‘DEMOLA Campus Iberus’.

After three editions, this tool works at full capacity and more than 25 challenges have been launched that have been developed by more than 100 participants. In the following link you can see some of the challenges launched in previous calls http://www.campusiberus.es/demolaconv1/
