From IDiA we have created an extensive network of relationships of trust, not only among our partners but also with the innovative ecosystem in general. We work to facilitate communication in that ecosystem.
Internally, the IDiA partners, in first and priority place, we know each other personally. We collaborate in work groups, attend seminars, trainings and assemblies, visit the facilities of other partners, or receive in ours those who seek references or knowledge about how we each manage our businesses and equipment.
For digital communication, a fundamental tool is electronic mail lists, private and secured. There is a global one, and others specific by work group or project. There we usually share interests, consultations, calls, demands and offers of all kinds.
We also intensely use Google document collaboration technology. We also share a Community on Google+.
We have built an extensive network of external relations. We describe it in depth on the page Our collaboration network. We have also created a supplier quality certification program, creating the “Gold IDiA Supplier” seal.
